Classy Until Kickoff Shirt: Football Game Day Tee

Do Not Order! Just to be clear this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on Etsy on any other online shopping site. I ordered the tshirt as a Christmas gift for my sister and it was made wrong. Instead of making the text garnet as I requested, the seller printed the word garnet on the shirt and arbitrarily decided to make the text black.
Mistakes happen and especially around a busy time of year. However, I attempted to contact the seller via message/email 3-4 separate times over the course of two weeks and got no response. I am left with no option for exchange or refund as a result. I tried to be very understanding, but this is the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten and just thought it was fair to warn others.

This shirt is so cute and great quality I bought it as a gift for my mom and she loves it!

The letters were a little creased.

Quality, nice fit, very cute.

I thought the shirt brand was going to be “CANVAS” because that was in your pictures and I’m familiar with these shirts so that’s what I based my shirt size on….but the shirt is a different brand (bummer!)
