I wish I wasn't putting one star. I am so upset with this seller. I purchased grandma and grandpa shirts for Christmas from our little boy. She contacted me quickly that the color I ordered in the V-neck version was no longer available and offered me options. I promptly replied and we resolved the issue quickly. Well, when the shirts arrived she put the wrong graphics/sayings on the wrong shirts. I understand mistakes happen, but the seller still has yet to respond and resolve the issue. I am most frustrated with the POOR communication and unfortunately will not be purchasing from or recommending this store again. I am thankful for Etsy and making this situation right by refunding me since the owner will not respond.
