I am horribly saddened by the treatment I have received when I contacted customer service to address the tie dye T-shirt I ordered. First the T-shirt quality was extremely poor and was misshapen, the tie dye short called Blue Jerry was so light that the only thing you could see was a very soft white/blue. I asked for help to exchange. I had also found a small hole in the shirt. I was responded to with a message stating that they are working on my request and will get back to me in 24 hours. After 24 hours I expressed concern that it was over 24 hours. I received the exact same message again. I have now waited an additional 24 hours. Purchase at your own risk!

The shirt itself was good quality, true to size. Shipping was good. I was disappointed that it’s hard to tell if it’s a tie dyed shirt. The blues/greens are very light. It’s darker in the picture. I had ordered this for a 70’s party. It won’t make the cut.
I followed the sizing chart and according to the sizing chart I should order the Large size which I did. But it was too big for my daughter. She swims in it. Also, according to the vendor, I couldn't return it. Stuck with it unfortunately.
