I asked the seller to add personalization to the shirt, provided pictures with what I wanted, and told them to reach out with any questions. They sent me a proof of what the shirt would look like and it didn’t match the photos of what I was requesting. I responded explaining what change I wanted and they shipped the item anyway without making the changes I wanted (that reflected my original request) and refused to respond to my messages since then. This was a personalized shirt for my mom to wear at her grandsons soccer games so I was disappointed when it didn’t turn out as expected. Such a bummer!
They made the shirt wrong and despite contacting them multiple times, I never heard back for a refund or replacement.
I got this item as a gift for my sister. She absolutely loves it and the quality is amazing! I highly recommend!
