This was a custom order. The seller sent me a mock up which I replied that it was perfect. However, when the shirt arrived there were 3 different gingerbread men. I understand I approved it, but the size of the gingerbread men did not look different on the mock up. She is the professional and should have noticed the difference before the mock up was sent. I consider this my mistake but hers as well. I wasn’t expecting a refund but a discount on a new shirt fixing the problem.
