The shirt itself is nice quality, but the decal is very thick , shiny, and uncomfortable when on. Feels like you’re wearing a large sticker on a shirt.
Also received the completely wrong shirt the first time, however they were wonderful and got the right shirt sent out asap and in time for Christmas! A+ customer service, C+ shirt.
I messaged the selling prior to ordering to ask for a custom name on the shirt - Softball Mom-Mom and Softball Mimi. She said yes absolutely they could do it, just include a note in the buyers notes at check out, so I did. When the order arrived I received two shirts that said Softball Mom. I reached out to the seller and filed a help request, and although the response says they will get back to you in 24 hours - I never heard back. After 4 days I reached back out to the seller and she said that they have issued a refund. My request was to receive a new order. Seller was very unhelpful and I am very disappointed with this shop.
